22nd Bahmam joint-stock particleboard Manufacturing Co. is one of the first raw particleboard manufacturers in Iran and by having a German production line and well experienced technical workforce enabled the company for over 40 years become one of the best brands in the Iranian market and the physical properties of the produced boards according to Iranian national standards ensures a steady and reliable source of particle board supply for our customers.

This uniform and steady quality of the product have been achieved by measuring all the key issues of production steps by our quality control staff during the entire production line.

As the capability of our production line we can offer boards of 5 to 38 mm thick and 1830mm width and 2440 to 4100 mm length (2440,3070,3660&4100mm(

Our company has experience of impregnating decorative paper since the start time of raw board production and pressing the impregnated decorative paper on our raw board products enabled us to complete the production cycle of this field.

We are also producing the Melamine formaldehyde resin by our own reactors to ensure a well quality product.

We can laminate the boards of 2440, 3070 &3660 mm length by two short-cycle press production lines.

Our company has a limited design of engraved press plates which can up to some extend fulfill the customer and market taste.

Although we have more than 25 wood grain designs and colors as our normal current production in case of sufficient inquiry we accept tailored designed, colored & patterns products.

 We have a unique form of packing for our products using laminated two-layer PP sheets and high strength PP strips to ensure water resistance packaging and having the company labeled brand printing.

 We are also capable of implementing special packing according to our customer requirements
